The design project for this rear solarium and transit space had as its main objectives the renovation of the waterproofing, the improvement of urban quality, as well as achieving an accessible route for its inhabitants, connecting the residences with the seaside promenade and with the rest of the common areas of the building.
With a surgical structural operation, this new accessible route has been established. An architectural project where, in addition, the entire surface has been waterproofed, and lighting, furniture, and landscaping elements have been added to the transit area. A sports area for the younger ones has also been renovated, with a new multi-sport court, renewing the outdoor furniture and creating a high-quality space for the community.
