Municipal offices of Gandia in the Tirant Square.

Works to adapt premises designed by Juan Navarro Baldeweg for a market to office use. The adaptation works involved the execution of installations, finishes, lightweight partitioning, lighting, electricity, and plumbing, leaving the solar protection and climate control systems for a second phase, which has already been completed. The aim was to respect the original project as much as possible, maintaining a unified image for the entire building, with a continuous polished and polished concrete floor.
