Adaptation for engineering offices in the Sanxo Llop area of Gandia.
Project for the grouping of individual office blocks to create a single telecommunications office, involving more than 50 workers from the NAIRN Telecom team.
The space has been designed to maximize the use of the existing building, with internal layout modifications to create the appropriate spaces for carrying out the tasks specific to the workplace. The layout is subdivided into two main work areas: one for administrative tasks and the other for project development, with three bathrooms serving them. In parallel, a service block is projected for the two main rooms, which houses two meeting rooms, a management office, and a kitchen/dining/rest area.
All this work, detailed in the project and later executed under thorough project management and oversight, ensures the proper execution of the construction and installations.
