The design of this communal living space has been planned to ensure pool accessibility, the creation of new green areas, as well as new shaded areas ensuring views from the ground-floor apartments towards the sea. The space was designed to be friendly with new furniture and equipment, ensuring the waterproofing of the entire area in relation to the existing semi-basement community garage. In 2020, the second phase of this work was carried out regarding the waterproofing of the pool, its crown, and a new ceramic coating.
