Originally, an inaccessible entrance with a significant level difference required the demolition of the podium, partial replacement of the unidirectional slab on the ground floor, and reconfiguration of the staircase with a Catalan vault up to the first floor. The elevator was replaced with an OTIS Gen2 model, featuring low noise impact and high energy efficiency. Miragall Romaguera managed to secure over €27,000 in subsidies for the project.
