Located in a harsh marine environment, this building required a comprehensive conservation intervention, addressing damage to the envelope, such as flaking and cracking, through the renewal of coatings and the continuous application of high-performance paint.
High-strength microfluid concrete was used for the regeneration of the brackets, and surface reinforcements were treated using cleaning and passivation techniques. Additionally, the carbonated layers of the structural elements were regenerated.
