In this community lobby, an accessible route has been created from the public road to the apartments by eliminating the access steps.
Partial demolition of the staircase and the extreme interior ramp was necessary, as well as the complete removal of the podium and an adaptation of the layout of the community staircase.
Additionally, the existing elevator was modernized, and the main door of the lobby was replaced and relocated. The lobby’s finishes were completely renewed with a carefully coordinated interior design with the property owners’ association.
This community has managed the Accessibility grants offered in 2020 by the Generalitat Valenciana, benefiting from them and covering more than 60% of the budget.
