Ca la Ducal, comprehensive renovation project of an apartment by the sea

Ca la Ducal is a house located by the sea, on Gandía Beach. This home, within the La Ducal residential complex, has been fully renovated to give it a new purpose for its inhabitants. In this architectural project, all spaces have been redesigned with a kitchen integrated into the day area but sectioned off with sliding elements that can separate both rooms.

This renovation has been highly respectful of the architectural character of the building and its elements typical of the modernist movement, such as the lattice screens and cross-ventilation, and it sought to preserve its exposed structure, made of reinforced concrete, with the marks that were left during its construction.
