An apartment in the center of Gandía that showcases the city’s skyline in all the main rooms.
With the design of the new spaces, we have managed to differentiate 2 night areas: the adult and the children’s; as well as creating spacious areas that adapt their use, eliminating the need for partitions. Additionally, to enhance comfort, the entire home has been insulated, and existing carpentry and installations have been renovated.
As for the interiors, a slatted paneling design has been used to hide spaces dedicated to storing bicycles, wardrobes, and doors in the children’s bathroom. This versatile texture offers many possibilities and integrates all these functions.
