Comprehensive Renovation of a Home on C/Abat Solà 3, Gandía

With the need to create a more functional home, the spaces are adapted to modern times and the new needs of the users. Starting with a change in the way of living in the home and eliminating architectural barriers, a new layout is achieved that separates the two main areas of the house (day area and night area). In the day area, a completely new central core is created, where the kitchen and dining room integrate the interior patio of the house, offering better ventilation and natural light. All the installations, layout, and finishes are renovated, along with the carpentry of the light well with folding black aluminum doors. Seeking practicality, the night area is conditioned, creating storage spaces and a new bathroom in the master bedroom.
