Façade Rehabilitation Project for MIRAMAR IV and IV Buildings, Miramar Beach

This residential complex consists of two large buildings located on Miramar Beach, just a few meters from the sea. However, these buildings are managed by three different homeowner communities, each with distinct needs and ambitions. As a result, tailored projects were drafted to meet these requirements while aiming to unify aesthetic criteria, providing a cohesive appearance.

The goal of the interventions was to perform superficial repairs on the façades’ outer surfaces, addressing issues like cracks and flaking, through the renewal of renderings and the application of high-performance continuous paint. Structural elements, both primary and secondary, such as pillars, beams, and reinforced concrete bands, were treated with surface reinforcement techniques, including cleaning and passivation.

This renovation has updated and protected the buildings to extend their useful life. Furthermore, it has been an opportunity to modernize their aesthetics, ensuring a unified appearance for the entire complex.
