Comprehensive exterior rehabilitation with structural intervention, treatment of the metal structure using shot blasting and protection, total waterproofing of the rooftop and balconies, and complete renewal of coatings, using innovative acrylic mortars and balcony trims with Ulma polymer concrete.
Total renovation of the drainage system and underground sewerage. The railings were replaced with new stainless steel ones. Additionally, the interior entrance was redecorated, and a renewed design was applied to the common areas and entrance, with improvements to accessibility.
