Rehabilitation of 3 multi-family blocks and one row of townhouses, focusing on structural repairs to the balcony bands. Additionally, repairs were carried out on the envelope and its coatings, improving compatibility between structural junctions and materials.
The project also included the addition of coping stones to the walls, both at the cornices and on the balconies, to extend the buildings’ lifespan.
A comprehensive intervention executed in phases, spanning a total duration of 3 years.
