URBALAB TIC Learning Center in Gandia.
A center that previously functioned as a facility for the elderly is now transformed into a center focused on teaching new technologies and providing labor opportunities. Technical flooring is installed, repurposed from the previous spaces, while creating an accessible route for all rooms and classrooms. Meeting spaces, classrooms, and offices are designed and prepared for the new purpose of the building.
